The coordinator will oversee & direct the ceremony and reception while keeping everything according to the timeline. Once the sendoff is complete, the coordinator’s time is finished. The coordinator arrives at the time discussed between the bride and the coordinator. Upon arrival, the coordinator will begin setting up and decorating. She will oversee & assist the vendors coming in. The coordinator will be the entrusted person this whole day for everyone. After reception is finished, the coordinator will oversee and assist in tear-down to assure all of the bride & groom’s items/decorations are packed up for departure. Rehearsal & one assistant is included.

Gold

The coordinator’s duties begin a month before the wedding day. The coordinator will contact vendors & discuss their arrival/departure times, follow up with them about all the details, & distribute final payments & gratuities. She will confirm the deliveries/rentals & assist in their location the day of the wedding. Rehearsal & one assistant is included.
